Parent Teacher Partnership

What's Happening:

The PTP is ready for an exciting and busy school year. Come join us!  Come to a meeting or e-mail if you are interested in helping us contribute to Ross Elementary School and all that is done for our children.

Membership:

Ross PTP is open to any parent, grand parents, or guardians who has a child attending Ross Elementary. Best of all there are no annual dues to pay. We meet once each month at 6:30 p.m. in the school library. Child care is provided. You do not have to make every meeting to participate. We would love to have you come and join us as often as possible!

Contact Us:

We also have a e-mail bank for sending information to parents, To be added to this list send an e-mail to: ross.cats.ptp@gmail.com. We will need your name, phone number, and e-mail address, and the name of your child.  Also friend us on Facebook (Lulu Ross PTP) to keep up with current events:

Goals:

The PTP raises money to offset the cost of field trips, gives each student a Birthday Book (on his/her birthday), stocks the $1.00 book table at the book fair (for children who cannot afford book fair prices), and provides additional prizes for the PAW Power behavior program. The PTP also organizes the annual teachers' appreciation luncheon, assists the teachers throughout the year and hosts the annual spring carnival.  Additionally, Ross PTP supports our overall community.  Each year, we work with the honor society and student government to provide Thanksgiving Food Baskets. We hold many fun and educational activities through out the year for our students and their families.
